I just made $1115 this week working from home for google. I cant believe how easy this is. Im recommending this to everyone, check out this guys google blog makemoneywith-google.com
I just checked the site and saw your message you feel alone. I understand that feeling. My son Zach had a GBM (dx 7/05) and battled for ten months before being healed in heaven 5/06. Many times through his treatment I wanted to speak to someone who had went through a similar journey, but never quite got connected. Zach received 33 radiation treatments as well, but we used a form of radiation called proton beam. Because he did not survive long term, I can't speak to the long term effects, but it was clear there were no short term effects for him. He was excelling academically - which was amazing to me knowing all his brain had endured. Let me know if you would like to talk more. I am home most days and am willing to listen if it would help in any way!
Cheryl,
I'm sorry you're not getting the responses you need. Consider starting a forum in the main area, that message will go out to the whole network and maybe you'll be able to get some more responses. I want others to get more involved too, but we're a small group now and although it's growing, we have to be patient as people get more active.
Sam has only been sick on the way home a few times altough she has been sick in the car many many times. If at all possible, have someone drive you guys and you sit in back with Nicholas. I know the SouthEast Xway is a mess during rush hour, so it'd be great to have someone to help you. There have been times when I was alone w/ Sam. That is awful. Especially trying to find a place to pull over and help her. I carried baby wipes, clorox clean ups, water and numerous pink hospital buckets. In Boston, I don't think I'd do it alone. Find a driver! xoxo
Hi! To add friends, click on their name or picture, it'll take you to their page and then on the left under the picture will be a "add as friend" link. Just hit that and it'll send a request. The Brain Tumors group is so wonderful, don't hesitate to ask any of them to be a friend.
No to mets.... Right side confusion is where her one side does not work like the other. Apparently since they had to cut so much to get all the tumor - they severed nerves and other things which now made her LEFT handed instead of RIGHT. Luckily - since she is young - the transition from right to left is happening pretty quickly. It effects her balance alot as well. She really has come pretty far since treatment. During treatment - Nik was very weak - very low counts - pretty much all the time. But as soon as chemo stopped you could see her get stronger and stronger. YOU WILL GET THERE TOO!
