- How did you hear about the One Voice Project?
- Friends who have children battling the disease and those who have lost their child to cancer.
- What leads you to become a part of the One Voice Project?
- GOD!! He put us here to help one another, and since I have healthy children that I cannot take for granted, I believe that God wants me to do SOMETHING to bring attention and hopefully draw in funds for vital research to find a cure SOON for all pediatric cancers. I know this because there is a deep, true physical 'warming' in my heart whenever I think about families like mine; they just happen to be struggling against this horrible beast; knowing there is no cure, only sad statistics and the harsh reality of watching their children suffer to a degree I cannot imagine, for so long-- and the feeling of your entire family suffering must be incredible. This is reality- why can't we do more? No kid's childhood should be CANCELED due to a lack of funds!
